Job summary

SSA is seeking a Warehouse (Baggage) Associate at Pearl Harbor. You will manage guest baggage holding, check-in, storage, and return of bags for visitors on naval property, plus light inventory transport and general support across retail, baggage, and food locations as needed.

We value strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, and a team-oriented, energetic approach. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are required; pay is $18 per hour.

• Assist in receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment in large, centralized warehousing operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.

Position Title:Warehouse Associate

Reports to: Operations Manager, Retail Operations Manager, Supervisor(s) and Food Service Operations Manager(s)

Position Overview

Unlike a traditional industrial distribution warehouse, our Warehouse Associate role is an active, customer-facing position located on naval property. The primary focus of this role is managing our guest baggage holding service—safely checking in, storing, and returning bags for visitors who cannot bring luggage onto the grounds. Additionally, this associate provides lightweight inventory transport, stocking, and general operational support across our retail, baggage, and food locations as needed.

Responsibilities
