Job summary

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a dependable Warehouse / Backup Delivery Driver. This role covers general warehouse tasks and occasional delivery driving, including material handling, order pulling, stocking, receiving and shipping, and inventory control.

The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and comfort with RF scanners. CDL may be required for certain routes; strong teamwork and safety attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 due to occasional delivery duties.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Fastener, industrial distribution, or related product experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment; forklift experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive inbound shipments and verify products and quantities.
• Stock products accurately in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory management and returns.
• Use RF scanners and systems to record products and locations.
• Assist with outbound shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL).
• Pull and stage Will Call and delivery orders timely.
