Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Backhauler to support warehouse operations in Albany, NY. You will unload trailers, break down food products, record codes, and organize pallets with a team of 3-5 workers to ensure efficient flow.

Responsibilities include receiving, palletizing, moving goods, and operating electric pallet jacks and forklifts. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a refrigerated/perishable warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving products, recording codes, and breaking down pallets.
• Compiling un-palletized items onto pallets.
• Moving pallets from dock to designated aisles.
• Operating electric pallet jacks, clamps, or sit-down forklifts.
• Maintaining productivity to prevent backlog.
