Job summary

Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Back-Up Driver to ensure timely delivery and accurate handling of inventory across our Missouri facilities. You will receive, pick, pack, ship orders, cut wire, and assist with warehouse maintenance.

Shift: 8 AM–5 PM, M-F. Starting rate: $20–$22 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include health, retirement, time off, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lift/move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Able to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
• Able to stand for extended periods; walk/stoop as needed.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders; handling items from small boxes to pallets.
• Load/unload and move materials using safety equipment.
• Receive, check in and store inventory safely and accurately.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut with appropriate equipment.
• Drive company trucks responsibly and follow traffic laws.
• Sweep floors; maintain tidy and safe warehouse.
• Record damaged or defective materials for reporting.

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate/Back-Up Driver to join our team! You will ensure products get where they need to be by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and assistance with general maintenance of the warehouse.

Shift: 8 AM- 5 PM, M-F.

We are looking for associates who:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders. Orders range from a small box to pallets.
• Load, unload, and move materials and supplies using safety equipment, hand trucks, and front-end loaders/forklifts.
• Receive, check in and store inventory in a safe manner and ensuring the quality and quantity of products.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut, safely utilizing the appropriate equipment.
• Drive company truck(s) with great care, assuring compliance with all prevailing traffic laws and legal speed limits, and safety protocol.
• Sweep floors remove trash and otherwise maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition.
• Record damaged or defective materials

What you bring:

• Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacket, and wire cutting machine. You will also use push carts and rolling ladders.
• Ability to continuously lift materials up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation; including unloading materials from a vehicle.
• Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
• Ability to be on your stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
