Job summary

Piggly Wiggly Midwest LLC in Sheboygan, WI is seeking an ICQA Auditor to validate outbound orders and drive accuracy across our distribution operation. Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081.

You will perform audits, communicate errors, and assist with research and resolution, with paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day 1. This role offers career progression within a strong team oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of auditing experience.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform random audits on completed orders and verify product matches the order.
• Correct any errors discovered on the order being shipped.
• Communicate improper product placement to relevant parties for resolution.
• Notify responsible party of errors and obtain acknowledgment.
• Submit daily audit results to the warehouse admin clerk.
• Periodically re-audit RGIS to ensure accurate net error rates.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Auditor will validate product to be delivered to customers as part of process to measure outbound selection accuracy. Responsibilities include assisting with research and resolution of errors.

Earn $23 per hour

Schedules: Sunday - Wednesday 2:30pm - 1am

1st 2 weeks of training: Tuesday-Friday only

Job Description

You will contribute by:

• Perform random audits on select completed orders and verify that the product selected matches the order.
• Upon audit completion, ensure corrections are made to any errors discovered on the order being shipped.
• Communicate the improper placement of product to appropriate parties so resolution can take place.
• When chargeable errors are discovered, the auditor will notify the responsible party of their error and obtain their signature as acknowledgement of the audit.
• Submit daily audit results to the warehouse administration clerk at the end of each shift.
• Perform random tote audits of a complete store order on the dock to arrive at error rates on a store basis.
• Periodically perform re-audits of RGIS to ensure the accuracy of net error rates reported to the Operating Companies and the integrity of the RGIS audit process.
• Other duties, as assigned.
