Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Auditor in Greenwood, IN for a 3rd shift starting at 12 PM, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on auditing the quality of incoming loads, ensuring compliance with established standards, and identifying deviations to maintain logistics efficiency.

You will observe loads on arrival, review for violations, document root causes with tablet procedures, and communicate violations by capturing up to 30 photographs from multiple angles.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, high-energy environment requiring physical work.
• Warehouse/equipment experience preferred but training provided.
• Lift 25–75 lbs; capability to handle varying materials.

Job Summary:

The Opportunity:

• Observe the quality of loads on arrival
• Review loads for violations
• Identify and document root causes through tablet procedures
• Communicate violations by gathering up to 30 photographs using multiple angles if necessary
• Validate information prior to reporting violations

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
