We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.**Key Responsibilities*** MATERIAL HANDLING & STORAGE + Receive, unload, and check incoming materials, verifying identity, quantity, and condition. + Store and organize materials in designated areas, ensuring inventory accuracy and accessibility. + Deliver raw materials, parts, and components to production areas as required. + Maintain assigned storage areas in a neat, orderly, and safe condition.* EQUIPMENT OPERATION + Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, aisle stackers, dollies, and other powered or manual material handling equipment. + Operate overhead cranes from booth or floor controls to move heavy materials and equipment as required. + Perform daily equipment inspection and basic preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles.* INVENTORY & DOCUMNTATION + Complete and maintain accurate records, including packing slips, bills of lading, shipping/receiving forms, and inventory logs. + Assist with cycle counts and other inventory control activities to support accuracy and efficiency. + Report shortages, defects, or non-standard material conditions to supervision promptly.* SAFETY, HOUSEKEEPING, & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT + Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines related to warehouse operations. + Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with 5S principles. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team-driven problem-solving.**Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED required.* Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.* Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain required**Experience*** Six to Twelve (6-12) months of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling preferred.* Experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or other material handling equipment is desirable.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy* Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in team environment.**Working Conditions*** Work performed in manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to temperature extremes, noise, dust, and moving equipment.* Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 50 lbs.* Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as directed.* Must be able to work various shifts or overtime as needed to support production**Wage Rate:****The starting wage for Warehouse Attendant is 80% of the full wage rate, currently $22.20 per hour. In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), the wage increases each year of service and reaches the full wage rate of $27.75 per hour at year 3.
