Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support back-of-house operations. You will receive, count, store, and move materials, ensuring accurate locations and safe handling. You will inspect materials, manage inventory, and assist with temperature monitoring in cold storage areas.

The role requires basic math, safety adherence, and ability to work weekends/holidays. Prior warehouse experience and a valid driver’s license are essential for successful employment at this busy

  • Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience or a combination of work experience and education.
  • Must be able to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, reach lifts, and other equipment used in warehouse operations.
  • Must possess a legal driver’s license or have the ability to obtain the license within the first 90 days as a condition of continued employment.
  • Must be able to follow safety rules and procedures as dictated by the warehouse manager.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram and schedule form
  • High level of attention to detail
  • May occasionally be required to type and operate basic computer software applications
Work Environment

Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in the back of house of the casino, which can be faced-paced with excessive noise. Also, there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
