Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the incumbent is responsible for processing and delivers requisitions submitted to the Warehouse.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Must adhere to Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
  • Receives, counts and stores all materials assigned to Warehouse.
  • Marks, prices and stocks all items in proper locations.
  • Checks all materials received for possible damage, leakage or theft.
  • Rotates stock to maintain integrity of all products; maintains constant check on temperatures of freezers and chill boxes.
  • Takes inventory of material stored in all Warehouses.
  • Maintains inventory locations for all Warehouse items.
  • Keeps all areas of Warehouse clean and free of safety hazards.
  • Properly completes all Warehouse paperwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of six (6) months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must be able to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, reachlifts and other equipment used in Warehouse operations. Must have a valid Florida Driver’s license in good standing with no exemptions, suspensions, revocations, etc...

Work Environment:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
