Job summary

RelaDyne is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient order fulfillment within a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform job duties safely.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• Prior forklift experience required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to exert 50-100 lbs of force occasionally; 25-50 lbs frequently; 10-20 lbs constantly.
• Ability to frequently bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and reach above shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• Execute loading and unloading operations per established procedures.
• Inspect and verify products before storage or transfer.
• Deliver, stock, fulfill orders, and perform inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality and timely order fulfillment.
• Safely operate forklifts to handle products and warehouse materials.
• Operate pumps, motors, and related equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe workspace.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Execute loading and unloading operations in accordance with established procedures
• Inspect and verify products prior to storage or transfer within the warehouse
• Deliver, stock, fulfill orders, and perform inventory counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment
• Maintain and service company equipment as requiredSafely operate forklifts to handle products and warehouse materials
• Operate pumps, motors, and other mechanical or electrical equipment as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For
