Job summary

RelaDyne in Alabama is seeking a motivated warehouse associate to support loading, unloading, and inventory control. You will operate forklifts, stock and fulfill orders, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires a valid driver's license, at least 6 months warehouse experience, and the ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends. Strong communication in English and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform job duties safely.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• Prior forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and in extreme weather conditions.
• 50-100 lbs of force occasionally; 25-50 lbs frequently; 10-20 lbs constantly.
• Frequently bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and reach above shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• Execute loading and unloading operations in accordance with established procedures.
• Inspect and verify products prior to storage or transfer within the warehouse.
• Deliver, stock, fulfill orders, and perform inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain and service company equipment as required.
• Safely operate forklifts to handle products and warehouse materials.
• Operate pumps, motors, and other mechanical or electrical equipment as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
