Job summary

Utilities One Group is seeking a full-time Warehouse Attendant in Coeur d'Alene, ID to receive, unload, and organize materials and equipment used on utility and telecom projects. You will document shipments and prepare items for shipment.

You will pack orders, stage materials for field crews, operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, keep the warehouse clean and compliant with safety procedures, and perform regular inventory counts while coordinating with drivers and supervisors to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving, documenting materials and orders.
• Ability to load/unload trucks and prepare materials for shipment.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
• Ability to lift and move materials, stand for long periods.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Attendant role based in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment used in utility and telecom projects, ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Daily tasks include packing and preparing orders for shipment, staging materials for field crews, and operating material-handling equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently. The role also involves maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, performing regular inventory counts, and reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods. Collaboration with project teams, drivers, and supervisors is essential to support timely delivery of materials and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing materials, verify documentation, and ensure accurate order handling.
• Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to prepare materials for shipment, load and unload trucks, and handle inventory safely.
• Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use to move, stack, and organize materials and equipment within the warehouse.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems, shipping labels, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse operations or equipment safety are a plus.
