Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves a fast-paced, physical workload with weekly production pay. Monday to Friday shifts start early, and the team emphasizes high performance and community impact.

Experience is preferred but training is available. Eligible employees may access benefits after 60 days and have opportunities to participate in our travel team and career growth within Capstone.

Qualifications

• Willing to be trained for duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials.
• Select, freight haul, and audit items as needed.
• Repack, sort, palletize, and perform housekeeping duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
