Job summary

Express Employment Professionals of Neosho is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team in Neosho, MO. The role involves loading/unloading, order prep, packing, and maintaining organized inventory in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include assisting shipping), receiving, and ensuring accurate packaging and documentation. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift and move objects up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
• Demonstrates attention to detail in inventory and packing tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins per organizational standards.
• Open bales, crates, and other containers.
• Maintain inventory controls and assist in physical counts.
• Prepare parcels for mailing and ensure accurate packaging.
• Keep work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities for warehouse workers:(may vary based on job)

• Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
• Open bales, crates and other containers
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
• Prepare parcels for mailing
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times

Skills/Qualifications:

• Ability to regularly lift/move objects up to 50lbs unassisted
