Job summary

OFS is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Indiana. You will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

This role requires initiative, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset to ensure accurate and timely handling of products. Experience not required; prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Capable of working in teams or independently.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stage and sort product for loading.
• Load/unload trailers.
• Operate handheld scanners.
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Read and understand bills of ladings.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Accurately stage and sort product for loading
• Load/unload trailers which requires heavy lifting
• Use of electronic hand-held scanners
• Use of pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to read and understand bill of ladings

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow directions
• Flexible to work overtime is required
• Possess flexibility to work in teams and independently as needed

Experience

• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
