Job summary

OFS is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Indiana distribution team. You will support daily operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and inventory control, helping keep the workspace organized and safe.

The role emphasizes reliability, initiative, and teamwork to ensure accurate, timely handling of products. Candidate should be capable of repetitive lifting, reading directions, and operating handheld scanners and pallet jacks.

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, inventory control, and keeping the workspace organized and safe. This role requires initiative, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset to ensure accurate, timely, and safe handling of products.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Accurately stage and sort product for loading
• Load/unload trailers which requires heavy lifting
• Use of electronic hand-held scanners
• Use of pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to read and understand bill of ladings

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow directions
• Flexible to work overtime is required
• Possess flexibility to work in teams and independently as needed

Experience
