Primary Tasks

• Perform routine tasks in a distribution center/warehouse environment, including stock control and handling in shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, retrieve, ship, and inspect inventory.
• Verify incoming inventory against requisitions, shipping notices, or invoices.
• Ensure inventory is delivered to correct warehouse locations and maintain organized storage areas.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to determine reordering needs.
• Place or update inventory bar code tags and labels on stock and shelves.
• Check picked inventory against invoices or purchase orders for accuracy.
• Pack and ship packages using appropriate materials and labels.
• Load inventory onto trucks using industrial trucks, pallet jacks, or dollies.
• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.

Education
