Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Fresno, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Wire Cutter to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will identify, measure, and cut wire to order and fill product shipments with accurate measurements.

Responsibilities include operating the forklift when required, maintaining your work zone, and coordinating with other departments to resolve discrepancies while performing general warehouse duties and proper housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 75 pounds.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Willingness to learn how to cut wire and perform industry specific tasks.

Summary:

Looking for an associate to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where every day is different. Primary duties will involve working in our wire center managing the wire inventory

Hard working, team oriented and self-starting are a must.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Willingness to learn how to cut wire and perform industry specific tasks in our warehouse is key.
• Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist
• Ability to work on concrete floor for entire shift
• Ability to climb ladders to pull material
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to operate a forklift (Standup and Sit-down)

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $20 to $20 hourly.
