Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks as required.
• Pick, pack, stage, and load orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities with proper documentation.
• Utilize WMS and RF scanners to track inventory and movement.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with safety standards.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks (as required by location)
• Pick, pack, stage, and load orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including verifying materials and documentation
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas in accordance with safety standards
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and operational goals
• Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to safely climb ladders or platforms as required by the role
• Ability to perform repetitive motions such as grasping, handling, and scanning
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and machinery
