Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate at our Etna, Ohio facility. You will support packaging, unloading, scanning, and order completion in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers on-site work with on-the-job training, benefits from day 30, and weekly pay. Candidates should have warehouse experience, forklift certification, and basic English math literacy.

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and maintain them.
• Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is correct.
• Perform picking, packing and housekeeping duties.
• Record and communicate issues; train dock staff on new procedures.
