Ryder System, Inc. in Princeton, KY is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate to support our facility with state-of-the-art equipment and a safety-first culture. We prize teamwork and value the contributions of veterans and diverse staff.

The role requires forklift operation, data entry into WMS, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial truck(s), such as stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc., including how to operate and maintain (change battery, recognize common mechanical issues).
• Powered industrial truck certification preferred.
• Ability to read, do basic mathematics in English for safety and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Input data into the WMS system.
• Work overtime as assigned.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Flexible and self-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized with excellent time management.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsabilités

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning is correct.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain facility security at shift end.
• Perform picking and packing duties and address damage checks.
• Conduct material moves with physical/logical transactions as required.
• Participate in team activities to improve warehouse operations.
• Carry out housekeeping duties for assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
