Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates in Apopka, Florida, offering weekly pay and full-time employment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role includes training, benefits eligibility after 30 days, and opportunities to work with state-of-the-art equipment across the US.

Successful candidates will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, handle consumer packaged goods, and support loading/unloading, scanning, and inventory tasks in a safety-first team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up, sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning accuracy.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and follow location policies.
• Perform picking, packing and material moves with required transactions.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and support warehouse operations.
