Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a warehouse associate to support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility. You will use hand trucks, conveyors, and handheld scanners to verify orders, label products, and count items. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe work environment, following the 7S program, and adapting to a flexible schedule with possible overtime. Prior warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Flexibility to work overtime.

• Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility

• Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner
• Adhere to the 7S program
• Maintain a clean environment at all times
• Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members

Requirements

• To be at least 18 years of age
• The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed
• Experience using a handheld scanner
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team to achieve goals and objectives
