Job summary

OnTrac in Phoenix, AZ is hiring Package Handlers to unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries. You must be on your feet, able to lift 50–75 lbs, and work Saturdays and Sundays from 1:30pm to 9:00pm.

Hours may vary with business needs and safety rules apply. We offer a benefits package including 401(k) with company match and a referral bonus program up to $500 per referral, plus paid sick leave and premium pay on select holidays.

Pay: $19.00/hour plus a $1.00/hour Weekend Differential Incentive (WEEKLY Pay)

Shifts: 1:30pm - 9:00pm Saturday & Sunday

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
