Job summary

OnTrac Logistics, Inc. is hiring Package Handlers in Romeoville, IL. The role focuses on unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP codes, loading trucks for deliveries, and teamwork to maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse.

Compensation starts at $18.90 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts (Fri–Sun). Eligible employees receive benefits including a 401(k) with company match, paid sick leave, and premium holiday pay.

• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Lift and move items up to 75 lbs with or without assistance.

Pay: $18.90/hr Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour shift for weekend work, (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)!

Shift: Saturday-Sunday (2 days)

Shift Hours: 4:00PM – 1:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

The Must-Haves:

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
