Grove Collaborative is hiring Warehouse Associates at our Reno Fulfillment Center. Shifts include part-time 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon, Tue) and full-time Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Starting rate is $18.00 per hour with retention bonuses up to $400 (full-time) or $200 (part-time) after 90 days.

You’ll unload inbound shipments and work toward order fulfillment goals using an RF scanner. Training covers picking or packing areas; maintain a clean, safe warehouse per OSHA guidelines, and comply with

Qualifications

• Unloading containers of product from trucks in the inbound area.
• Willingness to be trained in picking or packing production areas.
• Ability to meet daily performance goals using RF scanner and label boxes for shipping.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and follow OSHA safety regulations.
• Be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily performance goals and targets for customer orders using an RF scanner or Pack customer orders quickly, securely, efficiently, and label boxes for shipping using computer.
• Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse and comply with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat for long shifts; lift up to 50 lbs; work around equipment and loud noises.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States with willingness to submit a background check.

Shifts available:

• Part-time: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Monday and Tuesday
• Full-time: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  

Starting rate: $18.00 per hour.
Full-time roles: New hires for this position are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $400 after 90 days of employment.
Part-time roles: New hires for this position are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $200 after 90 days of employment.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Unload containers of product from trucks in the Inbound area of the warehouse
• You will be trained to be in either the picking or packing production areas
• When in picking or packing position in the warehouse, you will be trained to meet daily performance goals and targets for customer orders using an RF scanner or Pack customer orders quickly, securely, efficiently, and label boxes for shipping using computer
• Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse and comply with OSHA and other safety regulations and follow company guidelines regarding your work
• Physical Requirements and Work Environment include: Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, on a continual basis for shifts of 10 hours or longer per day, be able to push/pull carts and lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs. during a shift, be able to reach above shoulder level frequently, be able to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons and be willing to work around equipment, forklifts, large trucks, and loud noise
• We require that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally able to work in the United States and are willing to submit a background check report
