Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift: Sunday 3pm - to complete, Monday through Thursday 5pm - to complete.

Pay Rate: Pay starting at $20.00 with potential for up to $25.49 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Sign-on Bonus: $2000.00

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature‑sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on‑hold, damaged, or non‑conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non‑standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow‑up.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience

• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature‑controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature‑sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.

Salary Range

$29,600 - $54,340 (This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois)
