As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Warehouse Operations team in Atlanta plays a key role in achieving our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by ensuring all products are received, staged properly, thoroughly inspected, and accurately inventoried in a clean and safe environment.

As a Warehouse Associate at West Shore Home, you will contribute by managing all operations in your region’s warehouse, including shipping/receiving, inventory, supplies/consumables, and fleet management. You will report directly to our Warehouse Manager and collaborate closely with our Operations team.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you will:

1. Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials against bills of lading and document discrepancies.
2. Stage paperwork and properly identified products for the next day in designated staging areas.
3. Maintain consumables quantities to instructed levels and submit purchase requests to the Manager.

• Previous warehouse experience including shipping and receiving
• Personal responsibility and integrity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Valid Driver’s License and forklift certification
• Schedule availability from 6:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday
