Job Description
Purpose of the Job

Safely and efficiently perform a variety of warehouse duties to support internal and external customers, including pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, pallet building, wrapping, transporting, counting, quality checks, dumping, rework, replenishing, and handling PBV products and materials.

Responsibilities/Duties
  • Verify accuracy and quality of received and shipped products.
  • Maintain records such as BOLs, receipts, pick tickets, following SOPs.
  • Count returned goods, including damaged, full, or empty items.
  • Operate yard switcher and trucks safely within the premises.
  • Use automation systems and warehouse management tools to verify and record products, build pallets, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and perform basic maintenance on automation equipment.
  • Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, wrappers, etc., safely and efficiently.
  • Perform safety checks on machinery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to pass forklift skills assessment and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • 6+ months forklift experience preferred.
  • Computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Good math, reading, writing, communication, and sorting skills.
  • Ability to read labels and load tickets, count large quantities.
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments with exposure to weather conditions.
Physical and Mental Functions

Repetitive, fast-paced work requiring alertness. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds constantly; occasional sitting, climbing, reaching, bending, pushing, crawling, walking, and standing.

Equipment Used

Yard switcher, trucks, dock plates, forklifts, palletizer, wrappers, automation equipment, and safety gear.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Language Skills

Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
