Warehouse Associate - Forklift Operator (Direct Hire)

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate with at least 3 years of forklift experience to join our team. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and room for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull and pack orders using our advanced warehouse scanning system.
• Process shipments via UPS, Estes, and other freight carriers.
• Handle returns and inspect materials for completeness and condition.
• Offload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure items are stored correctly.
• Organize and rearrange warehouse materials as needed to improve workflow.
• Conduct regular inventory accuracy checks and updates.
• Deliver top-tier customer service to will-call customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Admin, and Production teams on order fulfillment and inventory.
• Occasionally build custom crates for special shipments to ensure secure delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience (required).
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems and barcode scanning tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate equipment safely.
