Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials NA is hiring for a 3rd shift warehouse associate in the United States. You will perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, and stocking to support operations.

You will assist with packing, paperwork, and moving stock using cranes and forklifts while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires reading, basic math, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with scanning tech.

Qualifications

Your responsibilities

In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

Job Summary

We are hiring on 3rd shift paying up to $20 per hour plus $2 shift premium for 3rd shift.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts as assigned to support the operation.
• Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork according to instructions.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move/deliver stock
• Assist machine operators with a variety of functions as required to support the operation.
• Perform general clean-up activities.
• Maintain all equipment in working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately.
• Train others when required.
• Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements.
• This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
