Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Romeoville, IL location. You will unload trailers, sort by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries in a fast-paced, safety-forward environment.

Shifts are Thursday through Saturday, 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, with a weekend premium. Hourly pay is $18.90 plus $1.00 weekend premium; benefits include 401(k) with match, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and EAP support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stay on your feet for the shift.
• Able to lift/push/pull items up to 75 lbs.
• Work in variable temperatures (heat and cold) in a warehouse.

Pay: $18.90/hr - Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour shift for weekend work, (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)!

Shift: Thursday - Saturday

Shift Hours: 4:00AM - 8:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
