Job summary

OnTrac in Romeoville, IL is hiring Warehouse Associates. The role focuses on safe, efficient handling of packages, unloading trailers, sorting by zip codes, and loading deliveries. You will work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Pay starts at $18.90/hr with a $1.00 bump for weekend shifts (Fri–Sun). Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM or end of sort. OnTrac offers benefits, a 401(k) with match, and paid leave in line with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and moving heavy items safely.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries and ensure proper item handling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

Pay: $18.90/hr - Your current hourly rate of pay plus an additional $1.00 per hour shift for weekend work, (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)!

Shift: Monday - Friday

Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 3:30PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
