Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, entry-level hourly position within the Operations division. Under supervision, this role facilitates the flow of raw materials from the warehouse to support daily packaging production.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Review production reports and manage inventory transfers to meet daily schedules.
  2. Monitor and update raw material inventories in ERP systems.
  3. Coordinate with team regarding material availability and order fulfillment.
  4. Assist with loading/unloading trucks and moving items within the warehouse.
  5. Conduct weekly physical inventories and organize warehouse storage.
  6. Operate powered industrial trucks and company box trucks.
  7. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. with relevant experience; must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to frequently reach, twist, bend, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends without accommodation.
  • Comfort working with chemicals and wearing PPE; able to work in varying weather conditions.
