Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Woodinville, WA, to ensure accurate order fulfillment in a cold environment. You will pick, label, palletize, and assist with receiving and stocking while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and process orders to support on-time shipping.
• Label, palletize, and organize outbound UPS parcels and maintain clean work areas.
• Receive and stock incoming materials, and assist with general warehouse tasks.
• Operate in a cold environment (-20 to 2-8C) with appropriate PPE.
• Maintain inventory integrity and assist with cycle counts.

Job description

As a Warehouse Associate, it is vital to ensure that temperature-sensitive goods are correctly handled, stored, and prepared for shipping. This is a fast-paced role that requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality while working consistently in cold temperatures (36 to 46F). Aside from order picking as the primary task, will perform other general warehouse assignments such as labeling, palletizing outbound UPS parcels and housekeeping.Perform an array of functions that may include picking and packing orders, receiving and shipping incoming stock and materials, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse, Inventory management. 99% of the tasks will be inside cold environment -20 freezer and refrigerated 2-8C

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Safety shoes.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment by carefully picking the correct products, quantities, and lot numbers-directly supporting customer satisfaction and reducing costly errors.
• Maintain high productivity and meet daily performance targets, helping the warehouse achieve operational goals and maintain fast turnaround times.
• Improve workflow efficiency by organizing pick locations, identifying stocking discrepancies, and communicating issues that slow down the picking or packing process.
• Protect inventory and customer goods through proper packaging, labeling, and handling, reducing product damage and minimizing return rates.
• Support a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures, reporting hazards, and helping maintain organized aisles and workstations

What You Bring

• Education:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Work Experience:Shipping/Receiving experience preferred
• Ability to utilize computer and accompanying software for customer order processing, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Aptitude for detailed work and multi-task organizational skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with perishable products preferred.

Compensation

The estimated hourly range for this position is $20.00 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
