Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates for immediate openings in Shelton, CT. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, load and unload trucks, and move materials around the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment
• Scan, label, and organize inventory
• Perform quality checks on products and shipments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
