Job summary

Optimum Staffing , Inc is hiring for a full-time warehouse position in Tennessee. You will pull and prepare customer orders, load trucks with building materials, and receive, stock, and organize inventory. This role is non-CDL with Monday–Friday shifts starting between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM; weekends are off.

OT after 40 hours and 8–10 hour shifts are common. Pay is weekly with potential to grow within the company and learn new tasks as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Non-CDL warehouse position.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Comfortable performing physical warehouse and material-handling duties.
• Must be dependable and willing to stay until assigned work is completed.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, with start times between 6:00 AM-8:00 AM.
• Must be willing to work overtime after 40 hours when needed.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
