RightStone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in West Chester, OH for a 1-year contract (temp-to-hire). The role involves moving and loading storage boxes and totes, with frequent lifting up to 100 lbs. Shift is 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Strong physical stamina and basic English skills are required. Proficiency with handheld scanners is a plus. Responsibilities include processing orders, loading pallets, and using hand carts and pallet jacks across various surfaces.

Formación

• Physically capable of lifting 10–100 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Able to read and write in English proficiently.
• Experience operating handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders and move storage boxes, files, and totes.
• Utilize hand trucks, pallet jacks, and material handling aids.
• Load, unload, and shrink-wrap pallets as required.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work area.
• Operate a proprietary system to track orders.
