Job summary

BenQ America Corp is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate to support the RMA team in Chino, CA. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders, plus safe handling of inbound/outbound tasks.

You will perform quality checks, cross-train across warehouse areas, and help keep the work environment clean and safe. Ideal candidates have forklift experience (certification a plus), strong attention to detail, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders including picking, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Safely perform inbound/outbound warehouse tasks such as unloading, sorting, labeling, cycle counts, replenishing, and restocking.
• Perform quality control and auditing checks with strong attention to detail.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders this includes accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks; unloading, sorting, labeling, cycle counts, replenishing, and restocking
• Perform quality control and auditing checks with strong attention to detail
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Performs other related duties as required

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 30 lbs.
• Forklift experience (Forklift Certification a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
