We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in La Mirada, CA.

Your Role at Batesville:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the safe handling of shipments, proper care and handling of inventory, and various other warehouse duties as required.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform thorough inspection of each unit to ensure quality.
• Unload inbound and load outbound shipments quickly, accurately, safely, and damage-free.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform various warehouse duties as assigned.
• Operate power equipment efficiently and safely.
• Other duties may be assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 1 year of warehouse or related experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate a truck within the facility and learn trailer spotting.
• Dependable, honest, quick learner, good communication skills, and a team player.
• Flexibility to work various days, shifts, and weekends to meet customer demand.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and products weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally.

Nice to Haves:

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to perform and interpret computer and RF functions.
• Willingness to learn new skills quickly.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires sitting, standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Occasional crouching, lifting, or moving objects between 50-100 lbs may be necessary. Visual clarity at near and far distances is also required.
