Job summary

Kane’s Furniture is seeking a customer service oriented Warehouse Associate to join our retail store team. This part-time position involves handling customer pick-ups, unloading furniture from the transfer truck, and supporting merchandising and store presentation.

You will assist with moving furniture for customers, maintain lighting and visuals, and help keep the store clean and organized. Safety and dependability are essential as you support sales staff and the store team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds consistently.
• Must have an acceptable criminal background check and drug test results.
• Customer service oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer pick-ups in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Unload furniture from the Transfer truck from our Distribution Center.
• Support the Manager in merchandising and decorating the store.
• Maintain the store's lighting and visual program.
• Support the store's sanitation and housekeeping program.
• Assist the sales floor and staff with moving furniture for customers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the PART-TIME Warehouse Associate opportunity:

• Handle customer pick-up in a friendly and courteous manner
• Unload furniture from the Transfer truck from our Distribution Center
• Support the Manager in merchandising and decorating of the store
• Maintain the store's lighting and visual program
• Support our store's sanitation and housekeeping program
