Job summary

The Parts Authority is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Stock Part Time to join our warehouse team. The position offers steady hours, an hourly rate of $17.00, and opportunities to contribute to stock management and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for receiving, locating, and organizing merchandise, assisting in picking, and supporting stock control while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise from vendors and place in correct locations.
• Check off merchandise as received and reconcile discrepancies.
• Correct mistakes on inventory counts.
• Assist in pulling parts during busy times.
• Clean and maintain warehouse areas.
• Collaborate with stock manager to resolve order issues.
• Address stocking problems and optimize warehouse layout.
• Undertake miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Monday - Friday 8 am - 1 pm

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores and put them in the proper location on the shelves
• Check off merchandise as received
• Correct mistakes found on the inventory count sheet
• Assist in pulling parts during busy times
• Clean up inside/outside the warehouse
• Work with stock manager to address any problems with orders
• Resolve problems with how the warehouse is stocked
• Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned

• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs.

• Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance
• May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
