The Parts Authority is hiring Warehouse Associates in a growing network across the United States. This role focuses on receiving, stocking, and preparing orders with emphasis on accuracy and safety. Qualifications

• Follow directions written and verbal accurately.
• Maintain productivity and quality per department requirements.
• Regularly lift/push/pull 10–50 lbs; up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach during shift.
• Work in potentially varying environmental conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize warehouse space.
• Operation of stock management tools and equipment.
• Record arrivals/departures and handle stock records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, label, store incoming stock.
• Maintain clear inventory records.
• Scan items into warehouse management system.
• Inspect stock for damages; record damages.
• Prepare and pick orders for shipment.
• Manage stock using pallet jacks and equipment.
• Record exact arrival/departure times for shipments.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Picking orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools: for example, powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Routine cleaning duties
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized
• Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
• Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance
• May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

• 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
