Job summary

Werner Electric Supply Company is hiring a Warehouse Teammate in Menasha, WI. You will help receive, store, pick, and ship products, maintain inventory accuracy, and support various warehouse tasks as needed.

Position details include a mid-shift schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), starting wage of $19.00/hr, PTO from day one, and comprehensive benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision/401K). Eligible for a $1,000 starting bonus and an annual $2,400 bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret vendor packing slips accurately.
• Communicate discrepancies related to vendor packing slips with Project Coordination via email.
• Receive material against internal purchase orders using ERP, WMS, and handheld device.
• Capture photos of material received on handheld device.
• Put away received material using stand-up counterbalance and handheld device.
• Occasionally unload trailers of customer-owned material.
• Unbox, label, and cart lighting fixtures and other material per customer requirements.
• Process outbound orders using ERP system and WMS.
• Maintain a clean workspace through the 5S checklist.
• Other related duties as assigned.
