Job summary

Werner is seeking a Warehouse Teammate for the Mid Shift (5:00AM - 1:30PM) in Mount Pleasant, WI. The role involves inbound/outbound wire and conduit operations, forklift handling, and ensuring accurate material handling.

Starting wage is around $20 per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 and an annual bonus of $2,400. A leveling program and merit increases are offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work OT during busy periods.
• Basic computer system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive training and equipment certifications to process wire/conduit inbound and outbound operations safely.
• Inbound Operations: receive, store, verify, report discrepancies, and move materials using forklifts.
• Outbound Operations: cut wire, assemble reels, pack and ship conduit, verify specs.
• Operate various wire pulling machines, forklifts, and hand tools; troubleshoot.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; communicate issues to Team Lead.
• NOTE: role may include delivery driving as needed.
