Job description

Position Summary :

As a Stamping Operator supporting our Cigarette Department, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, applying stamps to cigarette cartons and feeding the cartons into the stamping machine.

Pay : $18.50 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Thursday

Position Responsibilities :

• Walking up stairs (2 flights) to reach the job site.
• Standing continuously during the entire shift (minus breaks and lunch).
• No lifting is required, but the candidate must be able to pull a case of cigarettes weighing up to 40 lbs when loading the machine.
• The candidate must be mechanically inclined, as they will be responsible for cleaning their machines and performing light maintenance.
• Their machines will be assigned strictly to them.

Required Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications :

• 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• QC experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to lift, stack, and pull products from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds, generally up to 60 and 90 pounds throughout the shift.
