Primary Purpose

As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform distribution center shipping/receiving functions, playing a vital role in moving products accurately and safely.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned
• Complete all related documentation accurately
• Select and palletize orders for shipment
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment safely
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work area
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications

• Certification on powered industrial equipment (if applicable)
• Proficiency with computers for data entry
• Self-motivated team player with attention to detail
• High School diploma
• Experience in a distribution environment

Preferred Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to meet production standards
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to read product identifiers
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions

Salary range: $22.00 - $30.33 per hour
