Job summary

GCG is seeking a Warehouse Spooling Associate for their 1st shift team in Collegeville, PA. This role includes operating spooling machines, monitoring inventory, and assisting with general warehouse duties. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and the ability to lift 50lbs.

The position offers a pay rate of $17/hr, along with 19 PTO days, healthcare options, and a 401(K) plan with employer contributions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily set-up and operation of spooling machine, ensuring machine runs smoothly.
• Run test spool daily to ensure accurate calibration of footage counter.
• Operate hand-held scan gun to scan spools to appropriate location.
• Sweep floors, wipe scrap off machinery, throw trash away.

Pay Rate:$17/hr + full benefits

What You'll Do

• Daily set-up and operation of spooling machine, ensuring machine runs smoothly
• Run test spool daily to ensure accurate calibration of footage counter
• Operate hand-held scan gun to scan spools to appropriate location
• Monitor tool kit and ensure all pieces are present and accounted for
• Sweep floors, wipe scrap off machinery, throw trash away, clear scrap wire, etc
• Assist with additional duties as needed
