You will receive, inspect, unload, store incoming shipments; pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup; load and unload trucks; operate forklifts and pallet jacks; and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or flooring industry experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting service center operations by handling orders, inventory, and warehouse activities. This position ensures products are received, stored, loaded accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to supporting both warehouse operations and customer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to work in warehouse, yard, and delivery environments with varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Work Environment

• Warehouse, dock, yard, and local delivery environments.

• Regular use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.

• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Compensation
