Work Schedule

Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM or until the work is complete.

What Warehouse Operations Contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery, ensuring the efficient flow of products from receipt to shipment for internal and external customers.

We welcome candidates with little to no warehouse experience. If you're comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, you could be a great fit. All training is provided from day one!

This role requires working in the freezer.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through housekeeping and inventory control.
• Be willing to train and obtain certification to operate material handling equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in extreme cold (freezer).
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds is preferred.
• Prior experience with or willingness to learn MHE, including walkie rider and reach truck.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or point of sale systems is a plus.
• Availability to work overtime as needed to complete daily tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: $22.40 per hour (including shift differential)
